REFUND

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.  

RETURNS

Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you with a store credit valid for six months from the date of issue. 

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, on the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. 

Kindly, notify us within three days of receipt of the clothes about your intent to exchange them. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

No exchange and refund on discounted items.

KALA BAZAR team holds the right not to accept returns if the customer uses or damages the product.
